Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Chef Violeta Trujequ. She will demonstrate how to prepare traditional Argentinian Empanadas. Samples and recipes provided. WDPL cardholders.

Chef Violeta will guide you step by step on how to make the empanada dough from scratch, to prepare a beef filling and chimichurri sauce followed by assembling and shaping the empanadas.
