Wood Dale Public Library cardholders may call 630-766-6762 or fill out our form at wooddalelibrary.org/tech-help to schedule a personalized one-on-one 60-minute technology help appointment on topics like:
- Downloading library eBooks and eAudiobooks
- Using Library online resources such as Rosetta Stone, Hoopla, or Libby
- Basics of your smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer
- Email (creating an account, attaching photos and documents, etc.)
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Please note: Library staff are not technology specialists in any one area and can only offer basic assistance. For in-depth assistance, we may refer you to an appropriate local business. We are not able to troubleshoot/repair malfunctioning or broken hardware or software.
